The Board of Directors meets four times a year, typically in the evening.  Participation is available in-person or via teleconference.  Additional meetings may be scheduled as needed.  For more information on specific responsibilities or the election process, please refer to the information below or contact the Nominating Chair or the Executive Director in the AzONL Office.

Individuals that submit a Candidate Interest Form and meet the requirements as identified below and as set forth in the bylaws will be considered by the Nomination Committee.  If selected as a Candidate, they will be placed on the ballot to be voted on by the membership during the Annual Election.  Those not elected may be considered by the Board to fill an unexpected vacancy.

Election

The annual election of directors is held in the Fall.  Potential Candidates are identified year-round via the Candidate Interest Form (see below).    Candidate Interest forms are reviewed by the Nominating Committee (provided the individual meets the requirements set forth in the bylaws) and if approved, the individual will be placed on the election ballot.

To be considered for the current year's election, please submit your form by October 1st.

  • Click here to complete the form (requires Member Login).
Note: only Full Members will be able to access the form.

For more information on the election process, please contact either the current Nominating Chair or the Executive Director in the AzONL Office.
