National Nurses Week

The Arizona Organization of Nurse Leaders (AzONL) recognizes the thousands of nurses serving in a leadership role who make a remarkable difference everyday in Arizona. Now more than ever, we thank you for your unwavering commitment to your teams, patients and communities.

May 6-12 of each year is designated as National Nurses Week - a week-long celebration culminating in the birthday of Florence Nightingale on May 12, considered to be the founder of modern nursing.
